1. No Exchange or Return Policy
Important: All Sales Are Final
At Orient Uniforms, we maintain a strict NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN policy on all uniform orders. This policy applies to:
- All custom-made uniforms (stitched to specific measurements)
- Bulk uniform orders for companies and institutions
- Uniforms with embroidery, printing, or any customization
- Sample uniforms created for approval
- Stock uniforms (once sold)
Please ensure all measurements, designs, and quantities are verified before placing your order. We recommend ordering samples for bulk purchases to verify quality and fit.
2. No Credit Terms
Orient Uniforms operates on a 100% payment-in-advance basis. We do not offer credit terms to any individual or organization. This includes:
- Full payment required before order processing begins
- No partial payments or installments
- No post-dated cheques accepted
- No credit facilities for corporate clients
- No delayed payment options
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Orders will only enter production once full payment is confirmed in our account.
3. Sampling Policy
To ensure complete satisfaction with bulk orders, we offer a sampling service with the following terms:
Sample Order Confirmation
Samples are produced only after order confirmation and full payment for the sample
Sample Production Time
3-5 working days for sample creation depending on complexity
Sample Approval Required
Bulk production begins only after written sample approval from client
Sampling Process
- Client provides specifications and design requirements
- Sample cost is calculated and payment received
- Sample is manufactured according to specifications
- Sample delivered to client for review and approval
- Upon approval, bulk order production commences
Note: Sample cost is non-refundable and will not be adjusted against bulk order.
4. Free Delivery Terms
We offer complimentary delivery across all UAE locations subject to the following conditions:
Minimum Order Value
Free delivery for orders above AED 500 (within main cities)
Delivery Zones
Free to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman. Other emirates may apply
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery: 2-5 working days after production
Bulk Orders
Free delivery for all bulk orders across UAE
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Free delivery on all orders above AED 500
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain: Free delivery on orders above AED 1000
- Northern Emirates (RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): Free delivery on orders above AED 1500
- All bulk orders (50+ pieces): Free delivery anywhere in UAE
5. Order Confirmation and Production
By placing an order with Orient Uniforms, you agree to the following:
- Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received
- Production timelines commence from the date of payment confirmation
- Any changes to order specifications after confirmation may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and artwork provided to Orient Uniforms remain the property of the client. However, by providing such materials, you grant us permission to produce uniforms incorporating these elements. We reserve the right to photograph finished products for our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orient Uniforms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
