How do I place an order?

You can place an order through any of these methods:

What information do I need to provide when ordering?

To process your order efficiently, please provide:

  • Type of uniform (corporate, hospitality, medical, school, etc.)
  • Quantities needed (with size breakdown if available)
  • Fabric preferences or requirements
  • Design specifications or reference images
  • Logo files for embroidery/printing (if applicable)
  • Delivery address in the UAE
  • Required deadline

What is the minimum order quantity?

For custom stitched uniforms, our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per design. For stock uniforms, smaller quantities may be available depending on inventory. Please contact us for specific requirements.

Can I make changes to my order after confirmation?

Changes to orders can be requested within 24 hours of confirmation, before production begins. After production starts, changes may incur additional charges and delay delivery. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming your order.

Sizing & Fit

How do I provide measurements?

You can provide measurements in several ways:

  • Use our measurement guide (available on request) to measure your team members
  • Share existing uniform sizes that fit well
  • Schedule a visit to our showroom for professional measuring
  • For bulk orders, we can visit your location for team measurements (charges apply)

What if the uniforms don't fit properly?

Please note our strict no exchange/no return policy. This is why we strongly recommend ordering samples first for bulk orders. If there are manufacturing defects, please report them within 48 hours of delivery for assessment. We recommend providing accurate measurements and using our sampling service to ensure proper fit.

Do you offer size charts?

Yes, we provide detailed size charts for all uniform types. Please request our size chart via email or WhatsApp, and we'll send it to you immediately. Note that size charts are guidelines, and actual fit may vary based on fabric and design.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery times:

  • Sample production: 3-5 working days
  • Bulk order production: 10-15 working days (depending on quantity and complexity)
  • Delivery after production: 2-5 working days depending on location

Expedited services may be available for urgent orders (additional charges apply).

What are your free delivery terms?

We offer free delivery based on order value and location:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Free delivery on orders above AED 500
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain: Free delivery on orders above AED 1000
  • Northern Emirates: Free delivery on orders above AED 1500
  • All bulk orders (50+ pieces): Free delivery anywhere in UAE

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Currently, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates. For international inquiries, please contact us to discuss possibilities.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (local UAE bank accounts)
  • Credit/debit cards (via payment link)
  • Cash (for in-person payments at our showroom)

Do you offer credit terms?

No, Orient Uniforms operates on a 100% payment-in-advance basis. We do not offer credit terms to any individual or organization. Full payment is required before order processing begins.

Is the sample cost adjustable against bulk orders?

No, sample costs are non-refundable and will not be adjusted against bulk orders. This ensures we can provide accurate samples with the necessary attention to detail.

Customization

What customization options do you offer?

We offer a wide range of customization services:

  • Embroidery (3D puff, chain stitch, flat embroidery)
  • Screen printing
  • DTG (Direct to Garment) printing
  • Heat transfer
  • Custom fabric selection
  • Bespoke design and pattern making

What file formats do you accept for logos?

For best results, we prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or CDR. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files with transparent backgrounds are also acceptable. Please ensure logos are at least 300 DPI for clear printing and embroidery.

Can you create custom designs from scratch?

Yes, we offer complete custom design services. Share your ideas, brand colors, and requirements, and our design team will create mockups for your approval before production begins.

Samples

How do I order a sample?

To order a sample, please provide your specifications and design requirements. We'll calculate the sample cost, and once payment is received, we'll produce your sample within 3-5 working days.

Why should I order samples?

We strongly recommend samples for bulk orders to:

  • Verify fabric quality and feel
  • Check color accuracy
  • Confirm fit and sizing
  • Review embroidery/print quality
  • Ensure overall satisfaction before bulk production

Given our no exchange/no return policy, samples provide peace of mind and prevent costly mistakes.

Policies

What is your return/exchange policy?

Orient Uniforms maintains a strict NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN policy on all uniform orders. All sales are final. The only exception is for manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery, which will be assessed for possible rectification.

What should I do if I receive defective uniforms?

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos showing the defect clearly
  • Provide your order number and details
  • Our team will assess and respond within 2-3 business days

If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange rectification at no cost.

Do you have a minimum order value for free delivery?

Yes, free delivery is available for orders meeting minimum value thresholds based on location. Please see our Delivery section or contact us for specific details.
